A building located at Tokunbo Street, off Odunfa, Lagos Island, collapsed on Tuesday, at 3.39pm.
According to reports, Many people were trapped in the collapsed building.
Officials of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) and other stakeholders have moved to the scene to evacuate the victims.
LASEMA have managed to rescue 5 people as at this moment.
A source told our correspondent that the structure was initially three-storey building before another one storey was added to make four Storeys building.
This is coming after a storey building at Abule Egba collapsed, killing a mother and her 2year old child.
